I moved from Michigan to Florida in Dec 2015 and have never "looked back". I'm loving the "sunshine state" and finding a lot of things to keep me active and busy. In Nov 2014 & Jan 2015 I had bilateral hip replacements and needed to stay off the ice and quit shoveling snow!
I retired as a USPS city letter carrier @ 9 years ago and have traveled quite a bit over the years. I've been in 47 of the 50 states and Oregon, Washington and Alaska remain on my "bucket list"!!
I have done quite a bit of traveling in my life and spent 3 years in the US Army stationed in Germany. I am interested in history and had a great time exploring the historic towns in Europe.
